Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund Policy

We only offer refunds in very specific circumstances where a product is found to be in a damaged condition upon delivery. This policy is in place to protect both our customers and our business. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Unboxing Video: A clear, continuous, and uninterrupted unboxing video of the product is mandatory. This video is the primary evidence to prove that the item was damaged when it was delivered to you. The video must show the package before it is opened, clearly displaying the shipping label, and then follow the entire process of opening the box and inspecting the product in detail, without any cuts or pauses.
  • Time Limit: You must file a formal complaint with us within 12 hours of the product being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We have this strict time limit to ensure that any issues are reported promptly and can be investigated swiftly.

If your claim successfully meets these conditions, we will accept the refund request. However, you will be responsible for sending the item back to our designated address. Please note that the customer must cover all associated shipping charges for this return. The original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.

Payment-Related Issues

  • Payment Deducted but Not Received: If your payment has been successfully deducted from your account but we have not received it on our end, we will first wait for an official confirmation from the bank regarding the transaction status. A refund can only be provided after we have received this official confirmation from the bank about the payment failure. The time frame for this process is entirely dependent on the bank’s internal procedures and is outside of our control. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
  • Disclaimer: We are not directly responsible for payments that are deducted from your account but do not reach us. As we do not have access to your bank’s transaction details, we cannot initiate a refund on our own. In such cases, we strongly advise you to contact your bank or payment service provider directly to resolve the issue as they are best equipped to assist you.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and thoroughly inspected by our team. Please note that “business days” do not include weekends or public holidays. The refund will be provided once we have confirmed that the returned product is in line with our refund regulations.

Product Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different one (e.g., a different design or color), you will be responsible for paying all applicable shipping charges at that time. This includes the shipping cost for sending the original item back to us as well as the shipping cost for us to send the new, exchanged product to you. We do not cover these costs as they are not due to any fault on our part.

we accept returns in 3 days. once refund is approved the amount will be credit in 7 -10 days. damage / defective / replacement / exchange product will be delieverd in 5-7 days.
