Order Processing and Shipping Time

Once an order is successfully placed and its payment is confirmed, we immediately begin the process of preparing it for shipment. We make it our priority to ship your order within 1-2 business days. The term “business days” refers to Monday through Friday, and it excludes weekends and public holidays. After your order has been dispatched from our facility, you can expect to receive your products within 4-5 business days. This is the maximum estimated delivery time under normal circumstances. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can monitor its journey.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to a variety of factors, including your specific geographical location and any unforeseen issues with the courier service, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or unexpected logistical delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Order Cancellation

To ensure the swiftest possible delivery, we begin processing your order immediately after it has been confirmed. This includes tasks like picking the items from our inventory, quality checking them, and packaging them for shipment. Due to this fast-paced process, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been confirmed and moved to the processing stage.

If a customer insists on canceling the order after confirmation, they will be required to pay 50% of the total order amount. This charge is not a penalty but a necessary fee to cover the costs we incur in the process. This amount covers the costs associated with initial logistics, including order processing, the time and effort spent on packaging your specific items, and other administrative expenses related to preparing your order for shipment.
